Duties
- Assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Supervise kitchen and dining staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in budgeting to optimize operational costs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee food handling procedures to guarantee quality and safety.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and promotional strategies.
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback to enhance productivity and morale.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred.
