What You’ll Do:
- Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
- Restock front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety standards and practices
- Monitor the quality of products and take appropriate actions to maintain that quality
- Recognize and adheres to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for all
- Strive to exceed guest expectations
- Be an ambassador for QDOBA
- Perform other tasks as directed by management
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Age Requirement - 16 years
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
- Ability to communicate in English is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
- Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer / POS skills are required.
- Must have access to adequate transportation
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes extending beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Available on weekends and evenings
