Description
The Missile Defense Data Center (MDDC) IT Team is looking for a person with a unique set of skills and understanding. The MDDC IT Team is looking for a person that has experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). This individual must have SCCM experience in the area of software version control of products that are frequently updated and used in software development tasks. This individual will also need a working knowledge of System Center Operations Manager. The MDDC IT group will be replacing existing software and functionality with SCOM. The desired skills in the initial setup and configuration of the monitoring capabilities of this product are desired. The individual hired will need a
moderate level of experience in this area. Additional experience required for this position are Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine build, management and configuration. Particular areas of need relate to web based applications hosted in Internet Information Services (IIS) and deployed using custom scripts. This position will also require a TS Clearance to provide desktop support to the TS Facility within the MDDC.
Requirements
Level 2 Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Master's or Doctorate in a field relevant to Network Management IT. Formal training relevant to the support for which the individual is performing may be substituted for years' experience on a case-by-case basis, subject to Contracting Officer approval.
6-10 Years of related experience. Year's of experience commensurate to degree.
Secret Security Clearance or the ability to attain an Interim Security Clearance in a timely manner until completion of clearance process.
