QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Business Strategy Specialist to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA . This position is contingent upon award of the PEO Soldier HQ SETA contract.
Duties :
- Utilize skills in project management to lead Project Management office (PMO) in change processes / management.
- Create strategic development plans for implementation to build cost saving processes and applications.
- Track and report progress with implementation of strategic plan, budgets, and ongoing strategies.
- Perform as SME for validation review of repeatable processes and auditability compliance.
- Train business development team regarding the different phases of the software lifecycle project goals.
- Evaluate new business models and senior commander relationships.
- Identify and target attainable opportunities across the organization.
- Act as SME in several areas; workflow / configuration management.
- Clearly define Chief Information Officer (CIO) goals and long-term strategy.
- Provide training materials and migration support for process / product owners.
- Improve existing business by increasing communication and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project implementation for configuration process, performance, and adherence to policy and regulations.

Less than 10 % travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.

This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

Total Compensation :
QED offers a competitive compensation package for employees. Our total compensation package is value-based and negotiable depending upon the candidate’s specific skills and applicable relevant experience.
Benefits include :
Estimated Salary Range : $92,000.00 - $109,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for a fully qualified candidate for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
