QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Multimedia Developer (Specialist) to join the team at Fort Cavazos, TX , in support of our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A).

Duties :

• Develop training for Military Intelligence systems IAW AR 350-1 and TRADOC Regulations 350-70.
• Develop training materials according to the ADDIE model : Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate.
• Develop / maintain / update instructor-led courses, multimedia assets, web-based training, and digital training support materials.
• Generate captivating graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements that enhance student engagement and the learning process.
• Create engaging eLearning modules, courses, and training materials using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Apply current trends in digital media and education technology to training development.
• Work closely with instructional designers, developers, and project managers to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Create help videos, quick reference guides, and other materials as needed to support the user in maintaining proficiency.
• Conduct quality control reviews on training content before delivery.
• Foster a positive relationship within the PM & PdM, as well as vendors, software engineers, and outside stakeholders.
• Attend various meetings related to the software / hardware development cycle and help to identify “friction” points that may affect the ability to train it.

Up to 25% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.

Work Environment :

This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces located at Fort Cavazos, TX.

This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Total Compensation :

QED offers a competitive compensation package for full-time employees. Our total compensation package is value-based and negotiable depending upon the candidate’s specific skills and applicable relevant experience.

Benefits include :

Estimated Salary Range : $95,000.00 - $105,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
