QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Analyst (Acquisition) to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to support our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A), TITAN program.
Duties :
- Support in developing Acquisition Strategies and Plans, Acquisition Program Baselines, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, System Engineering Plans, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, etc.
- Develop, draft, and update documentation for acquisition programs to include all documentation required for program Milestone events for Major Capability Acquisition (MCA) and Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA) programs.
- Support development and preparation of key acquisition program documentation as required to include : Acquisition Strategy Documents, Acquisition Plans, Integrated Program Summary, Clinger Cohen Act (CCA) Compliance, Acquisition Decision Memorandum (ADM), and other acquisition documents as required.
- Support government program management to include budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
- Assess the status of stakeholder support for PM IS&A and its various products (e.g., TITAN); develop recommendations to address identified issues and concerns.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in maintaining event driven calendars (Integrated Master Schedule and Integrated Master Plan). Schedule meetings, process various forms, perform file maintenance, and provide records coordination.

This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

Total Compensation :
QED offers a competitive compensation package for full-time employees. Our total compensation package is value-based and negotiable depending upon the candidate’s specific skills and applicable relevant experience.
Benefits include :
Estimated Salary Range : $120,000.00 - $145,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
