QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Manager to join our team at Hanover, MD. This position is contingent upon award.
Duties:
- Provide overall on-site program management of the contract, including budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle cost, risk management, requirements development, and Strategy Reports, ensuring the PWS, and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) are maintained.
- Manage on-site personnel and contract performance.
- Review and update program procedures, practices, strategies, and documentation for compliance to contract specifications and mission requirements.
- Responsible for receiving, managing and responding to SETA complaints and shall inform the KO and COR as appropriate.
- Responsible for all communications, work assignments, schedule changes and technical directions flowing between the Government and the Contractor.
- Manages all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure that all are performing appropriately.
- Oversee the maintenance of status tracking in a multitude of areas using SharePoint.
- Assists in creating, updating, coordinating, and staffing Acquisition Milestone documents for review and approval.
- Provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review tasks plans and deliverable items.
- Ensures conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Skilled at interacting with Senior Leadership of both the Customer and Corporate entities.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience in detailed management and oversight of a Contractor or Govt team, including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting preferred.
Required Clearance:
- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret/SCI
Qualifications:
- MA/MS/MBA required. Degree in Business, accounting, program management, operations management, engineering or related scientific or technical discipline preferred.
- PMP certification, DAWIA level II or III in program management required.
- At least ten (10) years of experience managing Government programs. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a supervisory capacity, where you have directly managed and supervised others.
- Five (5) additional years (15 total) of experience in a related field, such as project management, business analysis, or operations management, may be substituted for education.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Estimated Salary Range: $155,000.00 - $180,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
