We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. A successful Senior Accountant will have excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to prepare, analyze financial reports and forecasts.
Job Description include but not limited to:
Verify, post and allocate Accounts Payable/Receivable transactions
Reconcile account balances and bank statements
Maintain general ledger per IFRS guidelines
Responsible for month-end and year-end close process
Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports
Prepare various management and accounting reports
Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of all accounting tasks
Analyze financial data and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Assist with tax audit and tax returns
Develop and document business and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Ensure compliance with IFRS principles
Other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
Active CPA license
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in a large international company
Experience in SaaS industry is preferred but not required
Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures, accounting statements and month-end/year-end close process
Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close process
Hands on Experience with Accounting software package like Oracle Fusion is a Plus.
Advanced MS excel skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
