This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Adhere to company policies, procedures
- Maintain the highest standards for quality workmanship, Safety and Housekeeping
- Coordinate and schedule ISO audits, training plans
- Support to update Quality System, including updating processes, work instructions
- Provide administrative support, including Human Resource to organization
- Perform Time and Attendance review for the employees, supporting the payroll processing
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls
Qualifications and Skills
Required Education/Experience
Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
5 years’ experience working in Manufacturing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Customer-service oriented
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with timeline
