Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with interface with the Chief Executive Officer, this key leadership role will serve as a strategic thought partner, driving the organization’s growth and financial stability.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee all treasury functions, ensuring optimal cash management and financial stability
- Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain the financial strength and meet operational needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to manage lines of credit and banking needs effectively
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with platform objectives
- Consolidate backlog and awarded-but-not-signed work, integrating data from Salesforce and Foundation for accurate financial forecasts
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the consolidated financial position and ensure compliance
- Analyze gross margins and lead the budgeting process to meet financial targets
- Evaluate financial systems, implement new systems as needed, and undertake overall process improvements as businesses scale
- Participate in contract negotiations focusing on rates and cost structures to ensure profitable agreements
- Create and implement plans to increase return on investment and profitability
- Develop strategies to recruit and retain top financial talent, and promote a positive workplace culture
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive team
- Perform other duties as directed
- A Master of Business Administration or a master’s in finance is required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in banking, investing, or accounting is required
- Communicates effectively and has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across multiple businesses
- Excels at multi-tasking, organization, and time management
- Has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Has developed excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
