Quality Engineering Solutions, Inc. (QES) is seeking an IT Support Associate II to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support to our users. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, ensuring the seamless operation and continual improvement of our Microsoft 365 implementation, and providing routine virtual training and support to our in-house users.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Continuously monitor network infrastructure, servers, and endpoints using monitoring tools to detect potential issues proactively
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and deployments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT best practices and emerging technologies
- Provide routine, pre-scheduled individual and group training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related applications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks like patching, updating software, and backup verification
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 services and provide timely resolution
- Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations, processes, and procedures
- Perform other duties as directed
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an IT role
- Ability to service corporate needs across time zones (PST - EST)
- Proficient in network administration (e.g., routing, switching, firewalls)
- Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and applications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with remote support tools
