About Your Role

This hybrid, Atlanta-based or remote based role will be integral to the QGenda Learning & Culture Team. We’re seeking a Learning Experience Designer with at least 3 years of corporate L&D experience specializing in managing an LMS and proficient in instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and adult learning principles.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Collaborate with business leaders, T&D Specialists, content SMEs, and conduct independent research to gather, write, develop, and validate training content.
  • Use advanced instructional design modalities and expertise to conduct thorough needs analysis, identify actionable learning objectives, manage stakeholders, and present solutions that solve performance gaps.
  • Use technology and modern designs to develop interactive learning solutions, including eLearning, ILTs, job aids, micro-learning, workshops, simulations, role-plays, and mobile learning utilizing videos, graphics, gamification, voice-over, gifs, images, etc.
  • Use rapid development to deploy short-term learning solutions while simultaneously developing larger strategic learning solutions and workflows.
  • Partner with the larger HR team to design engaging, effective playbooks, job aids and onboarding tools to support organizational growth and learner experience.
  • Use superior project management to manage incoming requests and edits to existing content, communicating updates and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Learning team to manage the LMS. Duties include the management of users, reporting and analytics, course structure, and LMS optimization. Managing resources integrated with the LMS, such as LinkedIn Learning, Google Docs, Slack, etc.
  • Conduct course evaluations to determine the effectiveness of training and incorporate measurement and assessment results into future projects.
  • In collaboration with the legal and HR team, produce and track required training modules (new hire, annual) to ensure compliance.
  • Champion enhancements/improvements/innovations and proactively lead the implementation efforts of these improvements.

Who You Are

  • Exceptional planning, prioritization, and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and projects.
  • Ability to quickly change speeds and focus as business needs dictate and evolve.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining learning courses, paths, programs, and resources from needs analysis through launch with experience in various development software (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing an LMS (Docebo preferred), uploading courses, creating paths, managing HRIS data, reporting, creating and maintaining course libraries, gamification, and badges.
  • Demonstrated experience developing videos, gifs, voiceovers, and script writing.

Experience You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a corporate instructional design role
  • 3-5 years of experience managing an LMS
  • Portfolio of work samples provided during interviews
