We are currently seeking Warehouse Manager candidates. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse operation: receiving, sorting, cataloging, dismantling, inventory management, packaging, and shipping in accordance with R2v3 standard, as well as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving operation – manage receiving of material from different upstream vendors (e-waste) and purchased material.
- Sorting operation – manage department where e-waste material is sorted and categorized by commodity type.
- Cataloging operation – manage cataloging department to ensure that all data containing devices are cataloged accurately and in a timely manner.
- Dismantling operation – manage the operation of dismantling e-waste to maximize the sales of the various commodities.
- Inventory Management – controls inventory of purchased, as well as e-waste and test material throughout the entire facility and in accordance with R2v3 standard.
- Packaging – manage packaging department to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillments.
- Shipping – manage shipping department to insure accurate and timely shipping of material to downstream vendors, customers and other Green Wave facilities.
- Communicates with customers, upstream and downstream vendors.
- Ensure compliance with several standards related to responsible recycling, health and safety.
- Manage departmental budget, monitor expenses, ensure profitability of the warehouse operation.
- Provides daily and weekly productivity status of all departments.
- Responsible for loss prevention and data protection program.
- MRP analysis for purchased inventory and PO requisition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse operation management
- BS degree minimum, preferably MBA
- Inventory Management software
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SQL database
- Experience with advanced MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
- Proven track record in process improvements and cost reduction
- Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 and R2v3
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communicator
