What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Recruiting Coordinator position at QHM Homecare Caregiver Recruitment?
We are looking to hire an HR Recruiting Coordinator to support day to day HR operations of Quality Homemakers.
Mon to Fri
8am to 4pm
-Assist in Hiring onboarding and offboarding process for hires/staff
-Place open job ads on really and call/process applicants
-Call applicants and employees, offering them open jobs with elderly clients
-Help with special projects, other HR/Admin related tasks/ Assists Care Coordinators
- Hiring and training new and existing staff
- Strong customer service background and is able to work independently
- Provide essential assistance to management, employees, and clients, contributing to the overall productivity and functionality of the workplace
- They will be highly motivated and proactive with a flexible attitude, keen to work and learn as part of a team
-Clean background
-Must be reliable and have a reliable car
-Must be comfortable using computers/multiple systems
-Training provided, relevant experience required
