ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
QHP is seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the senior members of the Investment and Value Creation teams in coordinating and managing their travel schedules, expenses, and other ad hoc projects. As part of the admin team, you will also be responsible for the efficient operation of the office, which includes planning team events, inventory stocking, and interacting with office vendors. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Secure flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
- Coordinate expense reimbursements
- Assist the senior members of the Investment and Value Creation teams with any necessary meeting preparations, including calendar management
- Assist with logistics for office events, including on-site meetings with portfolio company management teams, prospect companies, current and potential new investors, and other third-party providers
- Serve as backup support for vendor management, facilities management, pickup, delivery, and processing of incoming and outgoing mail, reception, and hospitality
- Assist with maintaining inventory supplies by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Print, copy, and bind materials as necessary
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
