Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Design Assistant at QI Collective. The Graphic Design Assistant will be responsible for creating graphics and graphic design for e-commerce, sales, and marketing on a day-to-day basis. They will collaborate with the creative team, design team, and sales & marketing team to develop visually appealing designs for various projects and across various brands.
Qualifications
- Design compelling graphics for social media, email campaigns, and web content.
- Edit videos and photos for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, creative, social media, and events departments to maintain consistent branding and design standards.
- Work across multiple brands, each with its own unique visual identity.
- Manage multiple design tasks with strong attention to detail and time management.
What We Are Looking For
- A sharp eye for great design—you should have a natural sense for layout, color, typography, and visual balance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Versatile design skills with the ability to adapt to different styles and project requirements.
- Familiarity with web design best practices.
- Strong time management skills to juggle tasks across multiple brands.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Communication Design is preferred.
- Candidates with a degree in Fine Art or another design/creative field are also encouraged to apply.
- Applicants with an unrelated degree will be considered if they have relevant graphic design experience and a strong portfolio.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design.
