Position Description
- Project management role leading complex system development projects for automated real-time PCR applications in Molecular Diagnostics
- Responsible to manage the assigned project(s) within time, budget and scope
- Establishes an overarching project plan integrating individual all involved functions
- Monitors implementation status of the projects
- Generates concise project status reports and dashboards for management review
- Responsible for all project related decisions within scope and objectives, including the decision to escalate
- Escalates to project sponsor
Position Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex system development projects, encompassing hardware, software and application development from idea to market introduction.
- Background in molecular biology or engineering.
- Ideally familiar with product development for regulated market environments.
- Certification in project management is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexibly, under pressure and tight timelines.
- Team player with enthusiasm, leadership skills, pragmatism and resilience.
- Concern for regulation and quality.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English language.
