• Project management role leading complex system development projects for automated real-time PCR applications in Molecular Diagnostics
• Responsible to manage the assigned project(s) within time, budget and scope
• Establishes an overarching project plan integrating individual all involved functions
• Monitors implementation status of the projects
• Generates concise project status reports and dashboards for management review
• Responsible for all project related decisions within scope and objectives, including the decision to escalate
• Escalates to project sponsor

• Proven experience in leading and managing complex system development projects, encompassing hardware, software and application development from idea to market introduction.
• Background in molecular biology or engineering.
• Ideally familiar with product development for regulated market environments.
• Certification in project management is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexibly, under pressure and tight timelines.
• Team player with enthusiasm, leadership skills, pragmatism and resilience.
• Concern for regulation and quality.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English language.
