Your Tasks
- As a part of our Plan to Produce Process Governance Team located at our site in Hilden (near Düsseldorf) you will be responsible for the current process flows in our Operations.
- This entails communication with global business experts and process owners as well as identifying and prioritizing operational needs.
- You will organize workshops with stakeholders to align on procedures and process flows.
- Moreover you will be part of a team responsible for the upgrade from our SAP R/3 system to SAP S/4 HANA. The focus here will be on the development, testing and implementation of new standard templates for all relevant processes.
- This transformation will require to travel to other sites in order to support the global roll out.
- This position is project related and therefore limited until its completion (expected earliest December 2026).
Your Profile
- You bring experience in process development and/or optimization.
- An university degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
- You have a strong understanding of either Quality/Logistics/Production/Planning processes and procedures in a medium to large company.
- Experience with SAP R/3 and S/4 HANA is needed.
- You bring a maximum attention to detail as well as analytical thinking and have the ability to organize your workload accordingly, responsibly and provide information clearly and shortly.
- You have advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) for professional work. German is gladly seen, but not mandatory.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $94,000 – $108,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes a bonus plan and generous benefits.
