Position Description
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team and provide valuable insights that drive marketing strategies and business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in turning data into actionable recommendations.
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating campaign performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning to optimize our marketing efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to enhance business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources (Google Analytics, CRM, social media, email campaigns, paid ads, etc.).
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics).
- Conduct A/B testing on marketing strategies, including email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and optimize spending.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for targeting and positioning.
- Analyze customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve personalization and engagement.
- Support the development of marketing automation and personalized outreach.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align data insights with business goals.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategy development.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
