Job Details
- Location: Bloomington-Normal, IL
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
- Status: Full time, 45 hours per week

- Lead by example, creating a friendly and engaging customer experience.
- Manage shifts in the absence of the General Manager or Manager.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain store conditions above company standards.
- Assist with inventory receiving, auditing, and vendor interactions.
- Complete daily paperwork accurately and troubleshoot any errors.
- Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation.
- Willingness to work at different store locations in the market area.
- Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug test.
- Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment.
