As a Retail Manager, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Manage shifts effectively, prioritizing store needs and tasks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain store conditions that exceed company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
- Interpret and act on inventory data, audit processes, and vendor relations.
- Prepare and troubleshoot daily paperwork and reporting.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work in the market area and flexible hours.
- Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days.
- Successful background and drug test.
