Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator for a full-time, on-site role at our Claxton, GA location. The Fabricator will be responsible for the day-to-day fabrication, assembly, and installation of our equipment. This role involves working with various materials and tools to ensure the production of high-quality and efficient products.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install equipment as per company standards and specifications.

• Utilize various materials, including stainless steel, to create durable and reliable products.

• Work from blueprints and technical documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to design requirements.

• Operate welding equipment and perform welding tasks as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.

• Inspect finished products for quality and craftsmanship, making adjustments as necessary.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

• Provide input on design improvements and process optimizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of equipment.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and technical documents.

• Skilled in welding, particularly with stainless steel.

• Experienced in using sheer, break, lathe and other machine shop tools.

• Strong knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and precision.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Water jet experience is a plus.
