QinetiQ is seeking a proactive and versatile Project Coordinator/admin to provide administrative and operational support across multiple programs at our Lorton, VA facility. The ideal candidate is a team player with a "can-do" attitude, capable of managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and precision. No task is too big or too small for you, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Taking minutes during monthly meetings and ensuring accurate recording and dissemination to stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating project/program files and records.
- Assisting with the coordination of monthly CDRLs and other meetings.
- Assisting with project scheduling and budget tracking.
- Performs day-to-day operating procedures to organize, direct work, interprets regulations, applies new methods or procedures, and coordinates with others, as necessary.
- Manage project deliverables and deadlines
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Seek mentorship from senior engineers to develop technical skills
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must possess effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task across priorities and thrive in an adaptable fast-paced environment.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and organization skills.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interface with customers, division team members, and all levels of management.
- Proficient skills in other Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
