Position Overview
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting a DoD client transition from designing, developing, and implementing solutions from SharePoint to ServiceNow. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all IT tasks associated with maintaining and performing continual service improvements on the following implemented modules : (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM). You will be responsible for transitioning other applications such as SharePoint to ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all IT Projects associated with SharePoint to ServiceNow transition.
- Position provides support to ServiceNow developers in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing information management and workflow solutions in the ServiceNow platform. Position also responsible for maintaining and providing continuous improvement, to include the implemented modules (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM). Position is responsible for establishing new capabilities as well as transitioning other business workflows from applications such as SharePoint.
- Manages and collects list of requirements, the analysis of workflows, and recommend / execute solutions in close cooperation with stakeholders, leaders and other Knowledge Management teammates.
- Participation will include gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Responsible for documentation of developed products and change management. Also expected to perform operational administrative tasks, assist with report creation and dashboard configuration and maintenance.
- Requires excellent teamwork, customer service and technical skills to optimize business processes for effective mission delivery.
