Position Overview
We are recruiting for an Action Officer who will provide support, guidance, strategic planning and business process improvement recommendations to senior level executives in a growing mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide project integrator support, technical guidance, and written executive-level communications and briefings support.
- Make recommendations for process improvement, prepare communication materials and outreach, prepare monthly briefing slides for both management level and employee level
- Make weekly updates to the project schedules, track project actions, track lessons learned, future requirements, impact of decisions and respond to inquiries and questions.
- Provide to include strategic and technical data analysis, collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations.
- Provide support for strategic planning and business process improvement efforts in support of the re-organization and business transformation.
- Assist in the establishment and implementation of new processes, governance structures, performance metrics and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience preparing briefings and presenting information to senior managers.
- Extensive experience with written communications/editorial experience at the executive level.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob
