Position Overview
Qinetiq US is seeking a HR and Training Specialist Intern. This position will support our Integrated Talent Management learning and development efforts as well as supporting other human resources functions, as needed.
Responsibilities
Develop training to support current and emerging requirements
Coordinate across the organization to ensure training requirements meet employee needs
Support the QinetiQ Mentorship Program by helping to develop and host quarterly development events
Support HR delivery team in carrying out functional requirements
