Position Overview
We are looking for a senior all source analyst to support our DIA team at the Pentagon.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature
- Provide all source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Have some in depth China knowledge across politics, military, and econ, with a focus on military capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training.
- Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments.
- Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft.
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.
- Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam #QinetiqClearedJob

5-week rotation:• Week 1: M-F / 0600-1400• Week 2: M-F / 1400-2200• Week 3: M-Sun / 2200-0600• Week 4: Admin M-F, work Sat/Sun 0600-1800 (Admin time, provides balance work/life schedule, enables the employee to relax or travel, etc.)• Week 5: On-call M-SunThen cycle repeats.
Preferred Qualifications
- Analyical experience with the INDOPACOM problem set
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing and a willingness to learn.
