We are committed to supporting your success in both your professional and personal lives.Position Overview Qinetiq US is seeking an experienced Vice President of Supply Chain Manager & Materials supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) that manages the OCONUS Aerostat Surveillance program. The program leverages aerostat systems to provide persistent surveillance and detection capabilities to the U.S. Government customer and NATO Alliance country.Responsibilities Preparation and administration of subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments.Participation in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations between the company and outside sources.Review client solicitations received by the company and provide recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to the business management proposal team.Negotiation of pricing, terms and conditions, analyses of price and creation of the subcontract document.Monitoring subcontractor's performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices.Keeping fully informed on all subcontract standards, plans and policies.Preparing and supporting subcontract negotiations.Ensuring that the subcontract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government relations.Monitoring subcontract performance for conformance to requirements to protect the interest of the company.Maintaining contact with Program Managers & Supply Chain managers regarding the performance of subcontract negotiation, preparation and monitoring.Preparing and disseminating information to appropriate employees regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.Required Qualifications Responsible to work with subcontract partners to develop a winning proposal (cost and technical solution) for assigned campaigns.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (in Business Administration or technical field) or equivalent, additional training in contract law, and fifteen to twenty years of related (government supply chain or subcontract administration) experience.Ability to obtain / maintain NATO Secret Clearance.Company EEO Statement Accessibility / Accommodation : If because of a medical condition or disability you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please send an e-mail to staffing@us.QinetiQ.com or call (540) 658-2720 Opt. 4 and let us know the nature of your request and contact information.QinetiQ US is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
