Position Overview
We are recruiting for an Action Officer who will provide support, guidance, strategic planning and business process improvement recommendations to senior level executives in a growing mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide project integrator support, technical guidance, and written executive-level communicationsandbriefingssupport.
- Makerecommendationsforprocessimprovement,preparecommunicationmaterialsand outreach, preparemonthly briefingslidesfor bothmanagement level and employee level
- Make weekly updatestothe project schedules, track project actions, track lessons learned, future requirements, impact of decisions and respond to inquiries and questions.
- Provideto include strategic and technicaldata analysis, collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statisticaldata in documents,records, forms, reports,plans, policies,and regulations.
- Provide support for strategic planning and business process improvement efforts in support of the re-organization and business transformation.
