Job Description
As an Electrical Project Site Engineer with Phoenix Power Group, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of electrical infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to construction teams while ensuring adherence to engineering and design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Act as the main technical expert on site, offering guidance to construction crews and subcontractors.
- Project Execution: Ensure that the project adheres to engineering and design specifications, industry standards, and construction regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation for field markup.
- Communication: Support plan review and approval process with local and state municipalities, as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience in large high-voltage substation construction.
- Strong technical background in the installation and operation of electrical equipment and associated subsystems.
