This role is for individuals who are seeking an opportunity that includes nurse career preparation experiences, scholarships and a one-on-one nurse mentoring relationship. To be eligible for this position, you must meet one of the following requirements.
- Be in nursing school or
- Are taking prerequisites for nursing
Education and Certifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old (required)
- Certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Nebraska (required)*
- Certified as a 40-hour Medication Aide in the State of Nebraska (required)*
* We will provide PAID certification training for the right candidate, if needed.
Vaccination Requirements: Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season. If needed, we will provide vaccination at QLI, free of charge.
Schedule: Rotating shifts working as MA with two of the shifts working side by side with a nurse.
