What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional position at QLIFE, LLC?
- Ensures individuals safety and maintaining a safe environment.
- Reminds and assists individuals with self-administration of medications (with proper training).
- Encourages self-help activities.
- Reports changes in individuals condition or family situation to administrators and supervisors with properly documenting services provided.
- Performs home management functions such as light housekeeping, preparing meals, laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
- Accompanies individuals to scheduled appointments and transports clients or running errands for clients.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, with willingness to be a team player.
- NOTE: Pay range will vary by experience, education and certifications.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
