Male Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Ensures client safety and maintaining a safe environment.
• Reminds and assists clients with self-administration of medications (with proper training).
• Encourages self-help activities.
• Reports changes in client’s condition or family situation to administrators and supervisors with properly documenting services provided.
• Performs home management functions such as light housekeeping, preparing meals, laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
• Accompanies clients to scheduled appointments and transports clients or running errands for clients.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, with willingness to be a team player.
• NOTE: Pay range will vary by experience, education and certifications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
