The CS Partner Business Analyst Role 

The Customer Success and Partners Business Analyst will play a vital role in providing meaningful insights and recommendations to the business, utilizing facts, data, and analysis to communicate the story. This role is responsible for analyzing and evaluating various aspects of the business, including partner renewal and net retention performance, move-to-cloud conversions, upsell pipeline sufficiency, support expertise, services partnership profitability, product adoption and utilization. The Analyst will use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for expansion, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the cross-section of Customer Success and Partner initiatives.

• Provide meaningful insights and recommendations: Collect and analyze data. Identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement based on data analysis, and provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within the Customer Success Organization and other teams such as product management, engineering, finance, and operations teams to gather data, understand requirements, and develop solutions to improve partner post-sales performance.
• Profit-minded approach: Identify opportunities for partner post-sales performance improvement, move-to-cloud conversion, adoption acceleration and new upsell/cross sell go-to-market initiatives through data analysis and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement appropriate measures. Apply a profit-minded mindset to all analyses and decision-making, focusing on improving financial performance and contributing to overall business profitability.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact: 

• Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the business
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders
• Present findings, progress, and improvement initiatives in meetings
• Utilize Qlik sense to build Apps to visualize the KPI reports
• Utilize data modeling techniques and advanced Excel skills to create models, charts, and graphs that effectively communicate complex data sets to business stakeholders
• Create KPI and reporting documentation as enablement content
• Document and evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement
• Support the CS Partner Summit planning process through data analysis

We’re looking for a teammate with: 

• Rising Junior or Senior at an accredited College/or University
• Excellent communication skills
• Collect and organize information and data from various sources in an effective way including technical experience using SQL
• Examine the data to figure out what is important to the problem and how to best analyze it
• Ambition to solve problems and challenges using data analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite
• As a plus
  • Experience with SalesForce, Qlik Sense
  • Experience with R or Python

The anticipated base hourly rate is $22.00 per hour. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
