The Customer Success AI Solutions Intern Role

 

Research into the intersection of AI and Customer Success, and how AI can enhance customer interactions and experiences.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success AI Solutions Intern to support our Customer Success team by researching and documenting how AI can enhance regular Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Customer Success Engineer (CSE) processes, interactions and deliverables. The intern will be responsible for researching and interviewing field CSMs, CSEs and leadership on a variety of topics, identifying technology options, evaluating potential technology partners and solutions, and presenting options to Customer Success leadership for AI tools and approaches that can enhance Customer Success engagement.

  • Conduct research on AI-based tools and technology that can enhance CSM and CSE workflows.
  • Document and analyze existing Customer Success processes to identify opportunities for AI integration.
  • Conduct interviews with CSMs, CSEs, and customers to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Assist in building process documentation on how AI can be effectively adopted in the Customer Success Management and Engineering teams.
  • Evaluate AI technology partners and solutions, providing a structured recommendation on the most effective tools.
  • Develop and present findings on AI-based enhancements to internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights for improving customer success initiatives using AI.

  • Hands-on experience working with a leading digital analytics and business intelligence company.
  • Exposure to real-world projects that directly impact software adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with experienced CSMs, CSEs, and customers.
  • Valuable insights into the intersection of AI and Customer Success, and how it can enhance customer interactions and experiences for SaaS companies.
  • The ability to develop and refine AI-based strategies that support the evolving needs of a customer-centric organization.
  • A final report proposing AI-based technology recommendations and their potential impact on CSM/CSE workflows and Qlik’s customers.
  • A presentation summarizing key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • A proof-of-concept, evaluation or prototype (if applicable) demonstrating the feasibility of selected AI solutions.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to synthesize cross-functional data sets.
  • Interest in AI-driven automation, customer success, and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts in real-world applications, as well as experience using a variety of AI tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 19.00 USD MIN $22.00 MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
