The “Global MarTech Operations Analyst” Role

The Global MarTech Operations role is a key contributor to the overall lead management process and the management of tech stack utilized by Marketing Operations, Marketing, Demand Centre (BDR) and Sales teams. This role will be working across different business units.

In this role, you will be supporting the architecture and automation processes for our Product Trial offering. Our tech stack include but not limited to CRM, marketing automations, lead routing and assignment, sales prospecting and engagement, chat engagement, and predictive/scoring/profiling engine. This role focuses on enabling seamless data flow, maintaining effective trial nurture programs and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of our product trials. In this role, you will work closely with MarTech SMEs, IT, marketing, Business Units, sales and the CSO to support strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results.

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

  • Maintain and optimise the Trial architecture across Marketo, SFDC and other relevant systems
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data synchronization between Marketo, SFDC, and other integrated systems
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of trial-related information across all systems
  • Maintain and optimise automated Trial workflows in alignment with the lead and customer lifecycle
  • Build, maintain and optimise Trial email nurture automations in Marketo to nurture Trial participants, driving engagement and conversion to customers
  • Collaborate with business units and marketing to build programs that deliver relevant content based on trial engagement and behavioural data
  • Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to implement system enhancements that improve the Trial experience
  • Collaborate with IT to address technical challenges, ensuring that automations align with broader system requirements
  • Analyse Trial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Trial-related systems, automations and processes to support business goals
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure systems are working as designed
  • Troubleshoot user and data issues related to the tech stack

We’re Looking For a Teammate With

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, work independently within a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently, but works well as part of a larger group
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience training users on usage of technologies and generating documentation for process flows
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between teams (IT, marketing, sales, marketing operations)
  • Strong knowledge of the lead lifecycle and customer journey
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, Trial processes and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of webinar/events platforms (On24 and similar)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of lead management, inbound and outbound processes
  • Drive to learn and establish self as subject matter expert on multiple marketing technologies
  • Languages: Business level English mandatory, other relevant languages would be an advantage

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 82,910.00 USD MIN – $ 103,630.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
