The Legal Internship Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a prospective lawyer in the Philadelphia regionto gain hands-on, in-house legal experience within a dynamic multinational software company. Unlike traditional legal internships, this role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of legal work, from drafting and negotiating contracts to assisting with vendor, customer, and partner transactions, as well as intellectual property (IP) matters. You’ll have the chance to work closely with a small, supportive, and friendly team of experienced lawyers, providing an unparalleled opportunity to develop the practical skills and commercial awareness that are highly valued in today’s legal market.
You will be involved in a broad spectrum of legal work, including but not limited to :
- Drafting and negotiating simple contractual documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Assisting with vendor, customer, and partner transactions to support business operations.
- Conducting legal research and helping the team with various projects.
- Supporting Intellectual Property (IP) matters.
This role will provide a comprehensive insight into the workings of an in-house legal department within a global software company.

The anticipated hourly rate is $22.00 per hour. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
