What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Commercial Officer (B2B Ingredients) position at QLM Search?
QLM Search is partnering with a leading Ingredients group with the hire of a divisional CCO position. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the leadership team of this specialist B2B ingredient business. You will have full regional P&L responsibility for setting the NOAM regional strategic objectives and driving performance to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leading the business, with full responsibility for P&L to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectations;
- Working collaboratively with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans;
- Managing teams across Sales & Marketing;
- Implementing and developing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability, communication, and a clear focus on the delivery of core activities.
Qualifications :
To apply, you must be a highly motivated, hands-on leader with deep-rooted B2B Ingredients and / or Flavor sector experience ONLY (no other sector experience can be considered). You will likely already have operated as a Senior Sales Leader where you can evidence leadership of Sales and Marketing.
