Interim SVP Manufacturing

QLM Search is recruiting an Interim SVP Manufacturing for a highly acquisitive international food group.

Reporting to the COO this role will be responsible for driving best in class operational performance across the group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, influencing and developing a team of Operations Directors responsible for manufacturing, engineering, technology, and supply chain activities
• Full responsibility for the supply chain, including strategic and operational management of the regional manufacturing plants
• Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologies
• Building integrated processes in supply chain by working with all functions in the Group and tracking performance through effective KPIs, budgeting and forecasting

You must have the ability to lead and motivate a large team combined with a strategic approach to implementing innovation and technology to drive operating performance.
