Quality Labor Management is currently seeking a Lead Carpenter for a long-term placement with an amazing contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general carpentry work, including both rough and trim carpentry, and leading a team of 3-5 carpenters throughout the duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general carpentry work, including rough and trim carpentry.
- Lead and supervise a team of 3-5 carpenters.
- Assist with initial site setup tasks such as hanging signs and installing handrails.
- Manage and execute daily tasks of carpenters throughout the project.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.
- Coordinate with the general contractor and other trades as needed.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
