Key Responsibilities:
· Travel to various job sites within the region to oversee and manage construction projects.
· Balance fieldwork with office duties, including design and construction management tasks.

Qualifications:
· BS Degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred).
· Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and common sense.
· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
· Commercial instincts and a proactive, get-it-done attitude.
· Ability to handle hectic and changing schedules and deadlines.
· Willingness to travel extensively for up to three years.
