Minimum Position Consideration Requirements
- Must be able to pass federal and state criminal security background clearances.
- Travel required. This is an office position, with travel (20-35%) to project locations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be mechanically minded, self-motivated, and well organized.
- Technical degree, trade skill, or technical troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and computer communication skills.
- Ability to continuously walk, stand, lift 50lbs, and have full range of bodily motion.
- Other preferable attributes include :
- MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, and aptitude to read blueprints preferred.
- Knowledge of project cost estimating preferred.
