Role Overview

As an Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for introducing our 401(k) services to local businesses using company-provided leads and marketing materials. Your primary focus will be initiating conversations, distributing brochures, and ultimately encouraging business owners to schedule an appointment with us to learn more.

This is an independent contractor role with compensation structured as a flat rate per successfully closed business. The more businesses you help bring on board, the more you earn—there is no cap on your potential! Also includes monthly and quarterly bonuses based on the number and size of deals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person outreach to small business owners within a 25-mile radius of your location. We will provide you leads within your territory.
  • Professionally represent Qmulate Capital while engaging with potential clients.
  • Distribute flyers and marketing materials to businesses provided in your leads list.
  • Wear professional attire appropriate for client interactions.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospective clients to generate leads and close business opportunities.
  • Communicate with business owners about the benefits of 401(k) plans and schedule follow-ups for meetings.
  • Report outreach progress and client interest daily to our team via a CRM app.
  • Requirements

  • One-time training provided via Zoom to understand our business and services.
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit business locations.
  • A working smartphone for communication and follow-ups.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and presenting our services confidently.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Compensation

    This is a flat-rate fee-based role with a flat-rate payout per successfully closed business. Your earnings are based on performance, and the more businesses you engage successfully, the higher your potential income.
