Are you a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills? Qmulate Capital is looking for independent Sales Representatives to engage with small business owners in your local area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interactions and are confident in presenting valuable financial solutions. As an Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for introducing our 401(k) services to local businesses using company-provided leads and marketing materials. Your primary focus will be initiating conversations, distributing brochures, and ultimately encouraging business owners to schedule an appointment with us to learn more. This is an independent contractor role with compensation structured as a flat rate per successfully closed business. The more businesses you help bring on board, the more you earn—there is no cap on your potential! Also includes monthly and quarterly bonuses based on the number and size of deals. Sales Territory25-mile radius of your location within Los Angeles County, Ventura County or Orange County.
