Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsibilities are all contained within 1 site
- Complete understanding that customer service is the most important thing to the business
- Hiring and firing of site management
- Execute companies’ policies, processes, and procedures
- Understanding basic business operating principals
- Manage/Training assistant managers and lot attendants
- Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
- Ability to measure performance, objectively and subjectively as well as hold direct accountability to meeting desired performance expectations
- Must lead, motivate, and empower Quick N Cleans managers to a higher level of performance
- Must manage basic tasks and personnel operations for the site
- Analyze external and internal environments to detect where improvements may be made and how those changes should be implemented.
- Must support, reinforce, and align all decisions with Quick N Cleans unique culture
- Knows about equipment repair and chain operations. Must be able to diagnose certain equipment.
- Run the business like its yours.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 Years of experience as a manager or supervisor
- EXCELLENT customer service skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Computer Literate
- Must have 3 Credible references
- Takes initiative in solving problems QUICKLY
- MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER!!!
