The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the our clients online communities in a way which builds brand awareness. They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities
- Craft, curate, and manage dynamic content across key social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Maintain and articulate our brand’s voice consistently in all online communications.
- Engage with our online community daily through comments, DMs, and collaborative content, driving brand loyalty and visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and strategic partners to enhance brand promotions and joint marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as follower growth and engagement rates to assess the impact of campaigns.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in food and hospitality content to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.
- Support broader digital advertising strategies, including SEM, Meta, and display advertising, to expand our audience reach.
- Manage and optimize our digital asset library and content to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 1 year in social media or community management with demonstrated success in engaging online communities.
- Portfolio or case studies required to showcase past achievements and content creation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
