Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage social media strategy for a diverse range of clients across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and PR agencies to develop engaging content focused on customer transformation stories, industry trends, and major events.
- Contribute to new client pitches by presenting innovative social strategies and insights.
- Assist in developing proposals that align with client objectives and drive impactful results.
- Play a key role in QNY's thought leadership efforts through content creation and speaking engagements.
- Hire, train, and mentor new social media team members, helping them grow and succeed.
- Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships that align with brand objectives, maximizing reach and engagement.
- Oversee content creation processes, including video, photography, and graphics for social media.
- Drive paid social media campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Track KPIs and social media metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects and initiatives, planning team member activities and holding client calls.
- Report monthly on social media performance across the entire client portfolio.
- Proof and check all editorial calendars to ensure alignment with client goals and timelines.
- Develop engagement and community playbooks, ensuring social initiatives are on track across the client portfolio.
- Improve performance across the portfolio by setting KPIs and regularly evaluating team output.
- Fostering collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and idea-sharing.
- Develop and implement training programs for junior team members on best practices in social media strategy, community building, engagement, paid media execution, and performance tracking.
