Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Human Resources and office administration.
- Previous office experience demonstrating proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Outlook
- Scheduling experience via Outlook
- Friendly personality and willingness to complete tasks including greeting visitors, scheduling lunches, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR inquiries and prepare reports.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain HRIS data.
- Manage employee personnel files and ensure compliance.
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
- Perform general office tasks and assist with associate needs.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and initial screenings.
- Coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics and support.
- Ensure I-9 compliance and other record-keeping requirements.
- Assist with coordinating and managing meetings and events such as staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, team gatherings, etc., overseeing all calendaring, communication, technology, location and meal logistics, and related follow-up activities
