Job Overview

Lead organizational change initiatives for large-scale digital and process transformations, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Change Management

• Develop and implement change management plans, communication campaigns and training programs.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and tailor engagement approaches.
• Identify and mitigate risks, championing a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work with project managers, IT professionals, business leaders and shop floor employees.
• Provide guidance on change management best practices.
• Communicate effectively across all levels, building strong relationships.

Analysis and Evaluation

• Monitor and evaluate change management effectiveness.
• Gather feedback and inform ongoing improvement efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Certifications

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.

Experience

• 5-10 years of organizational change experience.
• Proven track record in complex, technology-driven environments (SAP experience a plus).
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training database management.
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring and technology.
