Business Development Associate Denver, Colorado
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate for our Denver, Colorado location. The goal of the Business Development team is to support the growth of new client relationships and analyze potential markets to capitalize on new and emerging growth opportunities. In this role, you will create and develop prospects to drive ongoing business growth across all sectors of our consulting environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Colorado and Rocky Mountain regions and demonstrate success in cultivating and managing relationships within the A / E / C industry. This position will work collaboratively as part of the larger marketing team across our U.S. offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute specific goals, initiatives, and strategies to support business development efforts.
- Develop and execute regionally focused business development plans to identify cross-selling opportunities, expand client relationships, and generate revenue.
- Leverage your experience and network to secure meetings with key decision-makers (C-level) within the A / E / C industries, effectively communicating strategy and vision.
- Build and maintain strategic multi-level client relationships to uncover specific needs and create new business opportunities.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and research to ensure strong intra-disciplinary and industry group communication and client service opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems to identify potential leads, track opportunities, and manage pursuits.
- Represent the organization at key industry and regional events to build business development contacts.
- Develop, prepare, schedule, and deliver professional presentations to targeted audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create timely communications, including proposals, articles, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content to enhance visibility.
- Maintain a high profile in professional and community organizations to network and build relationships.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, methodologies, and procedures.
- Develop a working knowledge of various disciplines to increase overall understanding of the business.
